I wanted my wife Ingrid to enjoy your facility and she loves it and I added her to my membership
I just recently referred two different people to the Y. They are almost seniors and I told them it was a great place to hang out and see people plus they would feel better over all by getting more fit. I believe it's very important as we age to stay as fit and healthy as possible, not just physically but socially as well.
First the staff are friendly and very helpful. Facilities so far have been clean and in good repair. It has been some time since I have used a gym, so the equipment as improved drastically and I feel safe using it when lifting weights on the circuit machines. I am also excited to begin learning pickleball and that actually starts for me today. Can't wait.
I enjoy all of it. Classes are fun, weight room is awesome and I like just sitting in the pool relaxing sometimes.
The child care is great! The training for my teens on the equipment was very helpful. When we go to work out, we go as a family- and there is something for everyone!
