Great variety
I am a swimmer and I love the pool and showers when I do swim in the fall/winter seasons. Sometimes the pool heater is broken. Maybe a couple times/year. Then there is no swimming for up to a couple of weeks.
Gym has good effective machines that usually are in good repair. Wish when something is down, wouldn’t take soooo long yo repair.
Hours of operation
I like all the different equipment available in the gymnasium. I think it’s super cool that there’s an indoor pool and the staff is super friendly and awesome 😀

The facility is clean, Incredible selection of exercise equipment, indoor walking track, heated Lap Pool and Outdoor pool for the Little Ones.

What an AWESOME group of young adults. Very Professional, helpful, friendly and they ensure the safety of everyone. I have engaged in conversation with many of these young adults. They have Focus and Direction in life and they are certainly a group of future leaders and people that will change the world for the betterment of mankind.
I have a 9 year old daughter that Absolutely loves going to the YMCA to swim and enjoy everything else offered here and so do I.
The membership fees are very low for everything you have access to.
The entire Staff will always assist you, they are helpful, Caring, Considerate and Very Professional.

the Y in Granbury (hood county), TX is awesome, BUT the facility needs to get the heaters in the indoor pool fixed!! The heaters have not been properly working for the past several weeks. The cold temps are very uncomfortable and almost intolerable for lap swimming, especially for seniors. The pool is the primary reason I maintain my membership with the Y. Please get the pool heaters fixed.
