Love the water Aerobics, Pilates and Zumba classes as well as the walking track!
There are activities for all ages and fitness levels. The activity schedules vary so most can find a time that is convenient for their needs. From my experience, the instructors are well qualified and make the classes fun as well as beneficial.

Actually we use the machines for exercise and the place is always clean. The personnel are friendly and helpful.

It is a nice facility but you DO need a hack squat machine. I have considered finding another gym b/c of this issue.
There are plenty of opportunities for all levels of ethnicism or exercise that Hood County YMCA offers. Don’t always agree with their interruption of pool time and having to do the chemicals right in the middle of open pool, but that being said everything else runs well and is usually open.

Our YMCA provides a very wide range of activities for all ages and operating hours that make those activities available to everyone.
This YMCA is always clean. It is larger than other YMCA when it comes to weight lifting, which makes it easier to get a great workout in.!
