I love the silver sneakers program. The exercises address the needs of older adults. The teachers and front staff are all so friendly. It's a great place to be!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We like all of its equipment and programs! However, most of all without the wonderful people like Carol Defreitas the YMCA could not exist! We will continue to be part of this facility!

I love the gym facilities and the fact that the pool is open to members only on the weekends. I wish other YMCA branches benefited the members like that. My daughter loves the kids area as well.

I appreciate that senior citizens have activities tailored to their physical and mental needs. In addition, the Y staff members are always efficient, friendly, and cheerful.

I love the Northpark YMCA! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The classes have been fun and interactive. The culture of the Y is not intimidating or daunting. I feel like I have a support system of friendly faces with each visit. The instructors are outgoing and encouraging. They foster an environment support and developing confidence in each member during class. Overall, staff are very welcoming and make you feel like a part of the Northpark YMCA Family.
