I only get 2 days of an opportunity to get exercise in not on a crunch time.
It would just be nice to come in on a sunday morning do my work out then go home shower and go on with my day.
Im sure Im not the only member that feels this way.
please consider changing the hours.
Maybe come up with a group that's like a buddy system. Encourage eachother, maybe be able to find a workout buddy.

YMCA has program for any group age. I like the fact that have senior programs.I The staff is friendly the place is always clean, the exercise equipment is always update.

It is apparent that our YMCA listens to ALL its participants. And they respond positively! Just a gander at activity schedule and the diversity can appreciated.
Zumba with Alejandro has changed our lives! If you have not come to Zumba, it is a must! She is so energetic and fun! It is absolutely amazing for any level! Wow. Thank you Alejandro!

I have both taken a class for seniors, and I exercise regularly at this facility. This is a comfortable place for both. The staff is particularly friendly and welcoming, and they have gone out of their way to recognize me by sight and name.
This adds greatly to a sense of belonging. The programs seem diverse, and I witness a friendly-family interaction each time I am there.
The staff is always friendly and helpful and the facility is always clean and in good operating order. Rarely do I experence any problems. Occasionally the wi-fi goes out, but usually it is reliable. I wish you had longer weekend hours.
I love love love my yoga class! It is geared towards 60+ like myself!
Informative, fun, and they work
Love the variety of group fitness classes and that they are included with the membership. Great instructors! Also the Y playhouse in the youth zone have caring and positive teachers, and my 4 kids look forward to going to the Y several times each week!

I don't participate in any programs. But, I'm able to go in access all the equipment and get my workout in in a timely and efficient manner. Should have taken advantage of Silver Sneakers long ago! Thanks!

Love love love the teacher my son has for his swimming lessons...even thought my kid doesn't fully cooperate to learn the lessons, she is so patient and tries different ways to get him engaged and get him to try.
