What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like all the class choices. Members are so friendly.
However, I would like one day a week to have open swimming in the mornings about 9:00 or 10:00am.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really appreciated the time with a personal trainer before I began working out on my own. I'm not able to do as much as I used to do when I previously came on a regular basis and that time with him helped me understand my limitations and what I could do safely to challenge myself.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love love love the teacher my son has for his swimming lessons...even thought my kid doesn't fully cooperate to learn the lessons, she is so patient and tries different ways to get him engaged and get him to try.

That you open early Monday-Friday.
The staff is friendly.
I like the way you moved some of the machines around.
I wish that I didn't have to wait until 1pm on Sunday to come in for a workout!!!!
I only get 2 days of an opportunity to get exercise in not on a crunch time.
It would just be nice to come in on a sunday morning do my work out then go home shower and go on with my day.
Im sure Im not the only member that feels this way.
please consider changing the hours.
Maybe come up with a group that's like a buddy system. Encourage eachother, maybe be able to find a workout buddy.

Zumba with Alejandro has changed our lives! If you have not come to Zumba, it is a must! She is so energetic and fun! It is absolutely amazing for any level! Wow. Thank you Alejandro!
