Please let the powers that be know how disappointed I am that the Friday step class at the downtown Y will be cancelled for most of November and December due to lack of participation. My concern is...this is the ONLY step class downtown has to offer and since taking this class - about 6 months ago - it not only has helped me physically, but mentally as well. Koi is an excellent teacher and the class is challenging but fun! How can the Y cancel only ONE class that's offered? My workout routine will now be missing a most important class and especially during the holiday season when we're supposed to MAINTAIN our weight...makes no sense to me. What can WE do to keep this class and for Koi to continue to teach??? I've been a member for over 20 years and this one decision is very upsetting to me as well as other members.

Love everything about this place. Especially the girls in the day care, they are so nice to my kiddos and that matters so much cause I wouldn’t be comfortable working out knowing my kids were being mistreated. ❤️ Thanks to all staff

I like the atmosphere, but wish you had more class options both morning and night, at staggered times so one can take two classes per night
Close to work, cool pool program like BOGA, love the city feel and the old building.
I like sliver sneakers programs....times and workout and the trainers...
Group activities make it easier to get exercise.
Please find better yoga instructors. The Monday pm person TALKS INCESSANTLY. Yoga is not relaxing or focused when a person is talking every second. I'm not exaggerating. Terrible.
