Aids are proactive and self initiating. They are usually on time and try to be helpful during their short window of allotted time. The coordinator communicates fairly consistently for any changes. Phone calls are nearly always answered by a real person.
I feel really cared for - from top management Jon Stephens to the caregivers assigned to me. Would recommend them highly for anyone looking for home care !

The one item that truly sets this agency apart from others and I truly appreciate is, when the aides call off, especially in the mornings. When those occasions arise somebody is always here even if it's management, the actual company's owner somebody is there to get you up many time at the original scheduled time or within minutes after. I have dealt with a couple of Home Care Agencies...when their aides call off they spend the day calling around to their "stand by" aides who, chances are, aren't prepared to head out the door when they get the call. By the time they get themselves situated and head out the door, plus travel time getting to you, your 8 am. get up time is pushed back to times as late as 10 - 10:30 am. or possibly later. I have yet to experience that with this agency....
The office staff is supportive, professional and friendly. The caregivers are well trained. All of the ComForCare employees are kind and caring to my mother. My brothers and I are grateful for their assistance.

Our Health Care Worker, Emily, is just the best person to take care of my husband. She takes excellent care of him and is very attuned to his needs. She has become an important part of our family. The curtiuos response that I get the time that the employes take to explain the things I do not understand and they also do exactly what they said they were going to do when I called and talked to them no company's named but the other place was a total night mare I am so glad we switched when we did best thing me and my care giver ever did
