I like feeling like part of a family not just an employee. The staff is extremely helpful if I have a question or need anything to better care for my clients. They also help with scheduling if I need day off. I have worked for Comforcare for going on 9 years and have never thought of changing jobs. My boss is very caring about the seniors in our care and also for the employees. Comforcare is also employee involved in charities, walks for several causes and being there for each other. The pay is good and based on your skills. All said, Comforcare is a great place to work.

There is always someone available at the office when I need to speak with someone. If no one is available (which is rare), I get a call back right away.
They answer my questions about my nephews care, and are accommodating to my requests for the little things with his care.
The in home assistant he has right now, is very good to him and it is a good fit. I hope she stays with the company. Laura is an asset for ComForCare. I appreciate the care, the patience and the understanding that all of the staff have given my nephew with disabilities. Because of the joint efforts of ComForCare, along with Gaylord Community Mental Health, he is able to continue living in his own apartment with some assistance.
