The schedulers are prompt, courteous, and efficient. If I have a change in the schedule, they do everything to accommodate my request. Yolanda always is cheerful in what must be a very challenging and demanding job! One caregiver in particular, Kylie, is outstanding - personable, professional and a true partner in my husband's care. She is kind, gracious, and competent. We wish you could clone her! Grace also is very reliable and sees to my husbands needs with competence and professionalism.
Care givers are personable, efficient and reliable.
Try to keep as few as possible employees for 1 client. IE: one caregiver for 3 days instead of 3 caregivers for 3 days. The client has their disability to deal with and should not have to feel uncomfortable having to get to know yet someone else. Repetitiveness is extremely important to the client. Since the care giver and/or service company are responsible for that client, what is important to the client, should be done with utmost efficiency. My husband has been pleased with most of your choices so far, some more than others. Thank you.
The woman my father has taking care of him is outstanding! She does his laundry, cleans his house, cooks for him, and even does his yard work. She drives him to all of his appointments and NEVER complains. She just happy to help.
