Very helpful with getting all of the paperwork done to setup my patents to be able to receive services! Also very kind and professional caregivers. I’d recommend them!
First, Mark, the owner, is delightful and very helpful when scheduling care or rides for my sister. It has been easy to schedule these things. In addition, the driver always helps her into and out of the vehicle and into the doctor’s office, making sure she’s in the correct place before leaving The driver has then promptly returned to pick her up when her appointment is complete. While I have not yet needed many of their services, they do offer quite a bit which I expect to need in the near future. One of the aides providing a ride even came in on her day off to assist.
You have provided excellent care for my brother who can be short tempered at times. Courtney has done an excellent job of recognizing what needs to be done and doing it. The apartment is much cleaner and neater now than it’s been in a long time. Thanks again.
All staff has shown a willingness to help my dad, adjust as necessary to his needs and actually care about my dad. I would highly recommend ComForCare to my friends and family.
Our experience with ComForCare has been positive. From the aides, and site manager to the nurses at ComForCare, I'm assured that my father's needs are met and well taken care of. The aides are so caring and treat my father like a member of their own family. They take time with him and make him feel comfortable in a world that is always changing for a man with dementia. The nurses are thorough and by the book. That makes me feel good, knowing my father is not just another number and a chart, he's a person they care about. The onsite office is immeasurable. I can't say enough about how important it is to have them onsite. He often visits the office for comradery and assurance that his "friends" are always there for him when he needs them. Thank you to ComForCare for doing what you do and giving my dad the best care you offer.
My husband who has dementia and several medical problems has had aide service from ComForCare for a couple years now. It took a while to find a suitable aide for him as he is charming (mostly) but also difficult to get along with at times. The agency hung in there with me and worked very hard to find a good match which I began to appreciate is not easy to do. There were problems with scheduling along the way but I think that's the nature of aide services. I always felt listened to and my concerns and anguish were supported with much empathy. I feel that most of the staff and Lynn (whom I had occasion to meet) are compassionate which by itself does not provide the services we need but I still felt that my concerns/preferences were being considered and attended to. I'm happy to report that now we have a wonderful aide who gives what I would consider family level care. My husband calls her "my angel" and she has gone above and beyond tending to his needs, engages with him which helps to stimulate his mental state and physical state. She is reliable and a hard worker. I realize we are fortunate to have found such a gem but ComForCare never stopped trying to find us the best fit for our aide.
