I enjoy the early morning yoga class at 5:30 - The staff are welcoming and helpful. Sue is an amazing yoga instructor.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the big spaces to change and many lockers, showers and the family rooms with plenty of access for special needs kids, I like the variety of programs and the accesible that the instructors are to work with kids with sensory issues.

I go mostly to swim laps at the lap lane pool, though at times I use some of the free weights and elliptical machines as well
