Convenient location and a pleasant atmosphere to workout and do activities in.
We enjoy going to the Y as a family. My only issue is the pool access. It doesn't always have a life guard on duty. So. You have to call or go upstairs and get on the weights or other machines. And why does the pool close at 12:30 and not open back up till 4? Do all the other locations have the same schedule? Other than that Ms Mary and Ms Pam are excellent at the front desk. They make it a point to speak to you when you come and when you leave .

The staff love my son! He knows his ABCs, can count, and is a good friend. He is almost three and has been there since he was about 4 months old. We love our CDC!

The Staff are so kind and helpful. The facility is kept very clean. I enjoy the fact that even the fellow members are very welcoming. When I go to work out the facility is not overly packed and I am able to comfortably work out and not feel crowded. I feel at home here.

I enjoy the instructors and the fellowship with other members. Toni and Leslie make all their classes entertaining and provide wellness information and facts. The workouts are intense and worthwhile. I would like to see more classes for seniors during the weekend. But the two ladies mentioned above deserve a raise.😊

The water aerobics classes are wonderful!
The pool is great and classes like aqua fitness and regular cardio blast and zumba classes are great. the instructors and staff are dedicated to the community

The staff is very friendly and professional. The gym is really nice. Excellent pool and skilled life guard Morgan. Diane is very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Tony the exercise instructor is very good and friendly.
