What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the group fitness classes and the variety offered! I love Pound! It makes working out fun! We enjoy the pool, and getting family pool time even in the winter months! It is so nice they have childcare, so I can workout more freely!

I love my pound class on Wednesday evenings with Chelsea. Her music choreography is amazing and I don’t even realize I’ve been working out after an hour and feel great!!

The Y offers something for everyone. And, some of the instructors are beyond outstanding! The Iron Girls program is incredible. Wish you'd bring back the evening water aerobics classes, though.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I use the Play & Learn center for my 3 year old daughter. This place gives me a peace of mind my daughter is taken cared of while I'm taking care of myself. Everyone there is friendly and always keep the kids busy.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

excellent friendly staff

Pool and lazy river is perfect for elderly and therapy....
WISH WE HAD 10 laps and an outdoor pool.... Haven't used much else.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I really enjoy the Strength Train Together, Defend and Cycle Classes. My favorite part about the Y is the Play and Learn though. My daughters love going and it gives me an opportunity to work out knowing they are safe and having fun!

Leslie with iron girls and her mini series. Very good coach for me. The staff is super friendly. The facility is very clean. My best friend joined the y today!
