What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the chair Yoga for Seniors. The stretching and exercises keep me more able to work
in my yard and do other things I enjoy.

I like the days spread out: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I’m loving being able to reserve lap lanes! I like that there’s a limit on family swim because my 3 little kids aren’t ready for a super crowded pool.

I have participated in YMCA activities in several areas in the past. At present I am in the water aerobics classes, which are an excellent way to keep in shape while beating the heat--or cold.

My daughter always bring home different art activities that she's excited to talk about. I like the fact they swim daily and the staff are always welcoming!

Like all the senior classes. Alyson is a wonderful teacher. Jill is good also with Zumba gold.
