Friendly staff, great environment
They always encourage my son to participate in the arts and crafts. When the gym is available, they take the kids out in the gym to run around and play with the toys.
So far I have only done lap swimming. The facility is very clean and well directed.
We use the fitness room three times a week. There is a large variety of machines that we can use. We also attend the water aerobic classes on 2 days a week. They are fun and a good way to stretch and get your heart rate up.

It’s only been a few days but the staff is friendly & though I haven’t participated in any of the senior classes, I do intend to do so. So far I’ve only used the treadmill but the rower is next!
I love the sports programs. I like the gym, the classes, and the trainers, as well as special programs. It is a great environment.

My boys like the craft activities and playing in the gym when we can. I suggest trying a parents morning out or parents afternoon out.
They are structured and my kids love doing the crafts. Very age appropriate as well for the different ages.
