they suit my neeeds
My wife and I spend about 1 1/2 hours 3 days a week working out using the gym equipment among other machines in the wellness center. We love it!

For many years my whole family has loved and enjoyed the Y. I especially enjoy the various classes offered and the egym. My favorite classes are STT and Pilates.

They are fun! Such a variety of ages and abilities but it doesn’t matter. The instructors always greet you and try to learn your name.
The instructors are quick to acknowledge if you're new to their class, and give you directions. They are enthusiastic and approachable!
