We really like the indoor walking track and the basketball court
I have not gotten into programs but so far just been doing things at my own pace

We are an older couple who recently moved very close to the Y at TCC West.
We haven't really checked out any programs yet as we are enjoying the cardio and weight rooms so far. We are in it for the long haul and are not in a hurry to try other programs just yet.
We like the facility as it is always clean, the staff has been great and there are not too many people for the machines available.

I like the pool and exercise equipment
Great coaches. My son needed a little extra help and they were able to make it to where he got what he needed to succeed. He is now putting his face completely underwater and kicking while I lightly hold him. This is a huge improvement for us!
