Have a reasonable array of fitness equipment and areas - free weights, machine weights, cardio machines, indoor pool, walking loop, and various gyms for sports, dance, and aerobics.
Easy check in. Access to gym and fitness equipment very easy. Usually, not crowded or very busy.
What I like about it it is a get away from the kid's sometimes and I can bring them so it works out for both of us

I’m completing my second round of Iron Girls and have gained so much strength. I wish it was included in our Y membership. The added cost has become prohibitive and this will be my last round.
As an older adult, I'm just getting started with a fitness routine. I appreciate ALL the help that the front-desk staff has given me with the routine. Ya'll are the best!

The aerial yoga and gentle yoga classes that Chris Beck teaches are the whole reason I joined the Y - she is excellent and her passion for what she does shows in every class she teaches! The setting of the Herman and Kate Kaiser Y is wonderful!
