From the beginning of the closing process through to the final signing of closing papers, everything was handled very professionally. All Communications were timely, keeping us informed on the status of our sale. It was reassuring and helpful to pre-sign the closing papers, giving us assurance there would be no surprises to affect the close. Nikki was very efficient, customer-focused and pleasant to work with. All in all it was a good experience working with Edina Title for the sale of our property.

The greeter at the Edina office was great.

Keith went way out his way to make up fir the many errors of Burnett Title. Thanks to his cell phone he was able to help outside his office.

Burnett was very sloppy and ineffective .

Warm and friendly staff. Quick and efficient process. Clear explanations and when answering questions. Closer was comfortable with off topic banter, but still effective. Everything I would hopeful in this process.
