It was a long wait (~10 mos.) to close this new construction purchase for a relatively inexperienced, elderly client. Title was on top of all aspects and kept the deal together.

Working with Stacey K. was a pleasure. I have had the opportunity of working with her twice now and she is a wonderful person to work with.
