We were able to sign early which allowed us to move early. Much appreciated. Everybody was communicated clearly, no surprises.
Only weird thing, we had the check FedExed to our new home. It was just dropped on the front step, no doorbell, no signature, no contact. Lucky we were keeping an eye out and happened to see it laying there.
