Everything was good—safe, convenient, efficient—except that for factors not controllable by the closer that we had already paid for some items listed on document that had not been recoded.

Jennifer and Matt went the extra mile to ensure that my experience was smooth as possible, especially with unique situation.

My 30 minutes closing meeting turned into 2 hours of phone calls and running to the bank.

Jennifer was not afraid to make numerous calls and reaching out to various individuals to collaborate to come up with solution.

Matt provide excellent customer service. He was willingly to step up and help problems solve, even though it was not in his area. It's comforting to have someone you've been working with for years to stay until the ever end and more.
