My out of state 1st time home buyers were so grateful to have an alternative to an in person closing as they were expecting a baby and the Dr was prohibiting travel which complicated their already busy schedules… our amazing title team arranged to have our mobile notary go right to their current home (in AZ) to explain all the paperwork and get it mailed back for a smooth, on time closing! More importantly: as a new home owner in US, Edina explained to me all what I had to do before and after closing : utilities registration, insurance, waste management, alarm, internet….
