Kim was so incredibly prepared, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, kind and friendly. We felt so relaxed and comfortable during our closing for so many reasons. The beautiful office, the set up of the room itself in that it promoted and provided Covid safety practices with social distancing and plexiglass barriers in addition to masking. Beverages and chocolates were a very nice touch! It was a wonderful closing!
