SIMPLE AND TO THE POINT
A closing is a closing. Lots of words and sign, sign, sign. Closing felt special with our realtor, Joy Erickson, present and a most pleasant surprise, our mortgage banker, Ko Xiong, also joined us. It was a team effort to get to the closing and the team came to share in our personal joy. They made the process of home purchase as stress less as possible which is very much appreciated.

The closer was 100% organized. She patiently explained each paper that we were going to sign and why it was necessary to sign it. She was efficient and friendly andmade sure that we understood everything in the closing documents.
