This was an challenging closing but not from the Title side. We were delayed due to things not being done on the Seller/Listing side according to our purchase agreement. Danielle and Eva were on top of things every step of the way. They were in communication with the Listing Agent and Title company to help secure receipts and lien waivers. They were calm even when everyone else was super frustrated the closing was delayed. They did everything with professionalism, patience, and made it look seamless again. It was one of my most stressful closings but we were able to get to the closing table finally. Thank you both for all you did! I am super grateful!
