Jessika and Dani Gaetz were fantastic in dealing with last minute negotiations on an undisclosed HOA special assessment discovered 3 hrs before a cash closing...with buyers in another state.
I can always count on them...but this was amazing. The clients were really, really, thankful and impressed.
