Our experience with the Edina Realty Title office was great! There were some irregularities with the title documents when we purchased our home in 1996 and Danielle Herbst did what was necessary to get the irregularity resolved so it did not delay the closing date. The closing process was professional and efficient.

It was easy and I felt informed about all of the steps
The closing went smooth, but I was never been so disappointed in my nearly 50 years of home buying. The home I am buying now is #10. The realtor Jeanne Frischman was very rude and pushy. No communication for expectations for closing. I had some stuff pushed to one side in my garage because my pod ran out of room. I figured the new buyer would not mind since it would only be for 6 weeks before my new home was built. I moved out for her 6 weeks early so she could get in. What made Jeanne so rude is she didn’t even ask the buyer what she thought. Jeannie was also so pushy about my Pod getting out of there,again no communication. In my experience from past sales and my friends and family they have had situations like mine with their sellers and buyers. Clearly told me if I didn’t get it out it was going to be put out on the driveway.
I will never associate myself with Edina Realty ever and I am telling my friends and family about my experience. Please don’t reply back to this because I don’t need to have any more reprimand and being yelled at like she has already done to me. So unprofessional.
