We sold our house in Elk River the first day it was listed! We could not have done this without the help of Becca Evans with Edina Realty! She was instrumental in price planning, things that needed to get done, staging, cleaning people on hand, everything! She took us through the listing process and swiftly sold our house and we could not have expected better! I gave her a very short timeline and within 2 weeks we were sold! We just close on it this month! Again we could not have been happier with the care and expertise that Becca had! If there is anyone in the twin cities area I would highly recommend you contact Becca! Edina really is a classy firm that did a wonderful job for us!

What did I like about closing? It happened on schedule when we thought for sure the requirements wouldn’t hold and we would need to push it back! Somehow the team made it all work. We’ll done!
