I thought the closing went well except for a few things after the closing, I have been contacted twice about things that were forgotten or not done at closing; I was mailed a check that was not written out to the correct place, the closer could not find the address where to send it, so sent it to me. I called the office with the accurate information and was told to email my request to our closer instead of taking down the needed information from me. I was called back and asked to mail the check back to you guys before another one could be issued instead of you just voiding the check that was sent to me. It sure seems like I am doing a lot of the work for you guys. I am sure you were paid to do it. I am sure you agree that my time is also important and I am not getting paid for this. Lastly, the person who did my closing stopped just short of arguing with me on the phone. I have a real bad taste in my mouth for Edina Realty.
