After completing the closing on the house we were selling, it just made the ease of the closing on this property even easier. These people are experts, well organized, and clearly communicate all we needed to know. They were happy to explain the answers to any questions we had. We don’t know how it could have gone any better. They explained what to expect moving forward and everything happened exactly as they said it would.
So organized, everything in place and an exceptional closer who knew all the answers to questions we had. Additionally he was patient and extremely efficient making our process a breeze and painless.
We are living out of State and were a tad nervous on how this would work out. I must say that everything went well; smooth sailing.
Communication was on par, and anytime we had questions they were answered in a timely manner.

I liked everything except the very last bit that had to do with getting the check to the correct place without an added trip to my home in Vermont via FedEx when I had asked Eric if he could drop it off to my banker at Trustone Financial in Golden Valley. Or just as well, send the check by FedEX to him at the bank. I provided him with a written details of the banker's name, phone number and email address along with the address of the Trustone branch AND the name on the account and the account number. He said he would do that but on Monday morning the check showed up on my doorstep VT.
What I was trying to do was to expedite a very large check getting to the bank likely 10 miles from where the closing was held rather than being sent by FedEx across the country only to be turned around to go back to Golden Valley. Given the circumstances I would have liked it to send it back by FedEx, but the closest FedEx full service office (with sending/shipping services) is 70 miles from me. And now I find that my personal banker is out for this week and I don't want to have the envelope with a check in the amount of $500,000 plus sitting around on his desk for a week. So once he is back I will send the check either by UPS or USPS with likely a $50 two day sending charge. If only Eric had done what he said he would do, it wouldn't have traveled back and forth across the country and been there on Saturday with one mailing charge. Head shaking on that account here. Everything else went well and hats off to Betty Cole who did a great job all along the way!!!
Quick, easy, transparent
Eric made what we thought would be a stressful process very simple and enjoyable. He was very thorough while explaining each document and was eager to answer any questions. He had a light hearted attitude that helped us feel at ease during this monumental moment.
