Everything was prepared and in order for an expedited closing timeline per my wishes (seller). Eric (the Title Agent) explained everything in a clear, concise manner. The entire pre-sale signing process was done in 30 minutes and I was given copies to provide my tax attorney. An unexpected wonderful experience.

This one was an estate that required a lot of big ticket repairs from several contractors. Dana & Lisa had to organize several paid receipts and lien waivers to protect both buyer and seller. As always, the closing was smooth and successful!
