I didn’t have to be present. I pre-signed several weeks prior to closing. It was easy to review any addendums to the sale. Everything went great. Realtor and closing agents were wonderful.

The closing was remote. We e-signed some documents and made the wire transfer. Andrea had everything covered, and on the day she sent us an email that we had a new house. Closing was as easy as it could possibly be. Thanks, Andrea

I appreciated getting the paper work before the closing so I could have time to look it over.
The title agent was prepared and professional. She encouraged me to ask any questions I had and was able to answer all of them. Because she was so organized, the closing was over quickly.
