Andrea & Mallory did a GREAT job with my recent closing. There were a fair amount of moving parts association with our closing. Out of state seller (used RON). Lien Waivers needed to be completed. Andrea and Mallory got everything done many days prior to closing. So, closing day was very smooth! Great job!

Andrea and Mallory did a phenomenal job under some unusual situations as a buyer was vacationing in Mexico and had phone and internet problems and we were doing both sides ! Buyers local bank was difficult for him to reach for the wiring of cash ! All this while we were having a major winter weather event ! Our closers at Edina Realty Title are the best !
