It has been a very long time since we have sold a house and we really didn't know what we were supposed to do. We received preliminary letters telling us what to where to go and what to bring. Cheri was so very good at putting us at ease. She explained everything in detail so we were sure about what we were signing. It was a very comfortable meeting. We are thankful to Cheri and all who helped us get through this process.
