What did you like about the closing?

Jessika Schlink Did very well. She was pleasant, but very professional and organized. This is the first time we did a pre-signing the day before the closing, which we did not attend. We liked that it went more quickly than the old method of having both the buyers and the sellers doing their signing at the same event. we wanted to meet the buyers and fortunately were able to meet them coincidentally when they came for their walk-through unannounced. So there was no need to meet them at the closing.
