My clients had a wonderful closing on their new Hudson home purchase. Cheri Brown, Closing Agent - Hudson Edina Title - had a couple of last minute hiccups on this file within 30 minutes of closing time, and she worked swiftly to "fix" the hiccups and bring this transaction to a smooth closing in a timely manner, starting the closing only a few minutes past the scheduled closing time. She calmly explained the last minute minor changes that took place to my clients thoroughly and they were complete comfortable and understood everything very clearly. Kudos to Cheri and Robin for being amazing at what they do! My client were very happy with the closing on their new home! Thank you Cheri and Robin!!

Cheri Brown was great! The closing was smooth and I got my questions answered. Plus, you guys saved me money. I had used you before and knew I would use you again. When my truth in lending estimate came from my lender, I knew their title and closing figures were too high. They said ‘shop around’. I did, and your firm saved me money on most items. Buyer beware! I am glad I was experienced enough to pick you.
