It was timely and professionally done.
One document had my name misspelled and one document was inadvertently omitted for signature. The spelling of the name was corrected. The omitted document was sent to us for an electronic signature. We needed help to complete it. When we contacted the office of the closer the individual was very helpful and we were able to successfully complete it.

What did you like about the closing?

There were issues with the title and they preserved, stating clearly what was needed. It took much longer than anyone anticipated. In the end we have a “clear” title. Given my only other experience with a title company was the first home I purchased in Minnesota which had a lien from the seller’s business back taxes that was larger than the value of the home, a “clear” title is best!
