Very well organized process. Kristy Seorum did a nice job, easy to work with. We did have an issue with the Amount Need to Close was of by almost $1000. Paperwork and numbers given to us by Josh Sullivan were not what was needed, and appear to be simple mistakes that should have been caught by someone throughout the process. Disappointed with this aspect.

In these COVID times while I can’t attend closings , I’ll just say that Tatiana communicated well regarding title issues, Ashley sent a.settlement statement for me to review and the seller seemed fine with the closing. Kristy sent me the closing documents in a timely manner following the buyer’s closing.
