Kerry and Rebecca went out of their way to try to get this one closed on the original close date. Nothing more they could do as Seller simply was not getting personal property out of the house. We finally closed 3:30 the next day.

We expected the closing to be stressful and complicated, but we were surprised how easy it was because of the individuals that were there. They explained each document clearly. They were a very friendly and we felt we were given a very personal attention! It was a very good experience and I would give them 10 stars out of 10. Melanie and the team made it so seamless to close on the house. She was always willing to answer any questions we had And went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of the whole time. Whether it was pestering the sellers on something they needed to do or researching what utilities to use, Melanie did it all. I highly recommend using her!
