The meeting was very quick and organized. It was helpful to be able to sign some documents ahead of time. I think I was there a total of fifteen minutes, five of which were making the photocopies for me.

We did a pre sign due to health issues. Amber, the closer, and Amy, our realtor, came to our location. The process took about half an hour. It was short, thorough and very convenient.

It all went very well until the day of closing when we were asked for information that hadn't been requested before, which sent us to our files and phone calls to get the information necessary. It was completed without too much trouble but we'd wished we would have had the request earlier so we wouldn't have had the stress of thinking this might hold up the completion of our sale. We would still use Edina realty again as most of our experience was extremely positive. Matt Scherer was our agent and we couldn't have asked for better. He was helpful at every turn and I will recommend him to others without hesitation.

The Rapid Close had an issue and Lauren was on the ball- closing was still super quick and she was sure to answer all of the buyers questions with ease.
