nt drive. Closing was at 1pm with buyer, I was notified by email at 1:54 pm house sale was closed by closer. Also got a call from realtor. Went very smooth and prompt. Thank you

My moms condo had all 6 kids and spouses listed on title so there were a lot of people involved in the closing. Lauren was excellent at communicating and keeping all 12 of us organized! It went very smoothly!
