This transaction involved a Conservatorship Deed and a law firm that needed to be guided through the process by Lauren. She knew more than they did, although she was quick to point out she was not an attorney and did not provide any legal advice!

Closing went very smoothly. The settlement agent, Amber Mignealut did an excellent job. She thoroughly explained each step of the process. She answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process. I highly recommend Amber for other home buyers! She was also friendly and personable.

The entire process was handled with skill and a personal touch. Kudos especially to Susan Hoganson, my realtor. She is not only a highly skilled realtor - she is also very aware of the emotional issues relating to leaving a home after many years - 33 in my case. I am blessed by having her as my realtor and friend!
