11/10. Jessica is a superwoman. She should wear a red cape around the office. Her true expertise, expansive knowledge, and exceptional people skills allowed for an incredibly difficult transaction that was falling apart (and possibly headed for worse) -- to close. I have no idea how she does it. She is incredible. Literally THE best of the best. I am incredibly privileged to work with her. I refer her to everyone.
