Olia has been filling in for Katie in Blaine and I sure have enjoyed closing with her. She is very approachable, smart, explains things so well to my clients, is warm and joyful. And genuine. She is an asset to the company. This file was a title nightmare and the other title company really put Olia and Teasha through it. They were professional and persistent and got us through to the closing table.
