I really liked working with Beth who helped me through the processes. This is my first time ever selling a house and there were many things that I did not know or understand. My main residence is in Florida so that was an additional challenge. I felt like we had great communication and was always available to answer my questions.
Everything! Beth was awesome! We were dealing with a bank that I felt could care less about us as we bought a home with an Assumable mortgage. Beth got things done correctly and took care of most everything! She is a tenacious closer and gets things taken care of!!!
Beth Allinder went above and beyond in this closing. Burnet Title royally screwed up the transfer of money from the 8:30am closing of the sale of these clients' home. That money was needed for their cash purchase at noon. To put it nicely, it was a complete cluster due to Burnet's lack of professionalism, total disregard for your clients, and complete failure to try to solve the problem. The problems were all solved by Beth's and Jim Young's hard work.
We finally got the money, 6 hour later, only because of Jim's work, Beth's work and Beth dropping everything for hours and driving to Burnet to get a check.
Anyway, it was crazy. Thank you very much for getting this done for my clients.
