The process was smooth. The team was ready for us when we arrived. We were able to sign the paperwork and our total time was less than 15 minutes. Only bit of feedback would be if we could have had a checklist or "yellow brick road" to help guide our expectations or next steps.

The closing manager Katie Bahma was so personable and well organized.

The process was quick and flawless, in addition we appreciated that we could move the closing day one day earlier to work with our schedule.

The location for the closing was conveniently located near our new home so it made it easy to take the final walk through and then proceed to the closing.

Would highly recommend the Edina Realty Title.
