Coordinated multiple sellers (family property) with ease. This required pre signing of documents for out of state sellers as well as those unable to attend closing. We had tax criteria to meet with the property due to how it was held and Edina Realty Title handled the requirements seamlessly. The entire team was courteous and professional.
