All paperwork was completed and ready for us to sign at closing. The closing agent (Dion) was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Our realtor, Amy Peterson, was amazing, she is at the top of her game. Her knowledge is vast and she helped us find our house in a day. She answered all our questions in a very time manner. Can't say enough good things about her.

Everything was ready to go. Dion explained everything to us as we signed the papers.
She reassured us that the money would be wired to our savings account and if it wasn't
there to let her know and she would start tracking. Thankfully, it was there so no problem!
Our realtor, Deb, was there to continue the great job she did for us during the whole
process of selling our house. Edina Realty came through for us big time.
