After a challenging delay, due to our previous buyers financing falling through, the whole Edina Realty team gave us confidence and support, to essentially resell our home three weeks before Christmas! There was never a complaint or any doubt expressed, only positive attitudes, though nearly all the work had to be redone. Also grateful for the one-stop sell and buy signings, as it was a smooth end to a very bumpy road. Though we had hoped to meet Dion, who walked my 83 year old dad through his contract fulfillment, Mary Cocchiarella did an outstanding job of stepping in and getting things done.
