I received a thorough digital inspection report with present and future issues that need to be addressed. Only concern, one of the repair items was not priced accurately. When I brought up my concern the price was adjusted accordingly.

The courtesy shuttle is a terrific convenience. I trust Christian Brothers much more than I do the dealerships. I feel that you have been honest with me and do not high pressure me into having things done that are not necessary. I also like the fact that you let me know that there may be a potential problem but not something that needs to be acting on immediately. The heads up it's a very important issue.

Christian Bros took my car run when I said I had an emergency road trip. I didn’t have to justify with an explanation for them to honor my request. After they met my request, then I explained the nature of the emergency:. Before I left they prayed for me and with me. They were sensitive to my n Ed, I’ll be back.

Everyone is very professional and personable. Their work is always done correctly and in a timely manner. They listen to what you have to say, and work with you every step if the way. I will not go anywhere else!

I loved and appreciated the smiles and friendly help and service I received from my visit at Christian Brothers Automotive. I will always recommend them highly and keep them in my prayers. They were all a God send when I really needed their expertise, including the Driver that drove me home after leaving my car for service. My driver side window would no longer roll up. The rain storms were occurring everyday when the window went out of service. The Holy Spirit led me to drive my car there, I explained to the young man that took my information about the window, I left it and my car window was repaired speedily.

The people were very friendly and kept me informed. They ubered me home when I dropped off my vehicle and picked me up from my house when my vehicle was finished. I had major work done, including changing the timing chain, 2 camshafts and everything involved with that. It has been over a month since I had the work done and so far everything seems to be running great! I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.

Quick and kind service

Everyone was so accommodating. I went to get my car inspection done and arrived super early. I did not know that the state's system doesn't open until 8:00am and I arrived around 7:30am, but I stayed and I'm glad I did. They pre-checked me, and then offered me coffee and snacks from their snack bar. Fortunately, I brought my laptop, so I got a lot of work done. The overall environment was calm, peaceful, and clean. Even during my extended wait, they checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and the service to other patrons who were waiting was efficient and cordial. In closing, I will continue going to CBA and will highly recommend others do so as well.
